Direct access to PortAventura Park was incredibly convenient for our family.

The overcrowded breakfast slots made dining very stressful, especially with a special needs child.

The lively kids' mini disco was a hit with my children, and the themed decor made it feel special. However, the long waits for breakfast slots were quite stressful, especially with our special needs child.

Spacious family room made our stay comfortable, with direct access to the theme park being a major highlight. The food quality in the buffet was enjoyable, especially the Bernese fries. However, it can get quite crowded, and at times, check-in took longer than expected during peak hours. While location is convenient for park access, finding higher quality dining options nearby can be challenging.

We enjoyed our stay immensely, especially the incredible convenience of direct access to PortAventura Park, which made our visits super easy. The themed decor throughout the hotel really created a fun atmosphere, and our family room was spacious and comfortable. However, the limited dining slots felt a bit rushed, especially during busy meal times, which could be improved for a more relaxed experience.

we stayed in interconnecting family rooms, and they were fantastic. the kitchenette was a big plus. the location was perfect, just a short ride to portaventura. the courtesy shower facilities after a long day at the park were a lifesaver. breakfast had a great selection too!

Long check-in times made for an annoying arrival!!! Room amenities could be more thoughtful—no kettle or additional seating? Those wooden floors mean you might find yourself in a constant battle against noise from neighbors. Air conditioning might leave you sweating at night!!! Poor organization regarding meal times creates unnecessary confusion!!!

However, the soundproofing could use improvement, and the dining options are somewhat lacking. A breakfast buffet can feel chaotic with tight time slots, but overall, it’s a decent choice.

i really appreciated the hotel’s proximity to fun places like aquopolis costa dorada, which is only about 3 km away, and the thrilling tutuki splash just under 1 km, making it super easy to explore during my stay.
